Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU)

Conferences are a place to meet colleagues, clients, employers, and many other interesting people. The connections made there are far more valuable than the curriculum they offer. It is also a chance to see first hand some cutting edge products, projects, and methodologies you may have read about but haven't gotten the opportunity to work with.

One of the main reasons people attend conferences is for the workshops that are offered to attendees. A workshop is a gathering or training session which may be several days in length. It emphasizes problem-solving, hands-on training, and requires the involvement of the participants. Here you will have the opportunity to gain knowledge, share experiences, and network with people who have similar interests.

Here is a list of engineering/computer science Conferences and Workshops that will be coming up.
